The Motif Tasting is built around those recurring ideas: six reserve and library wines, served in the quiet of the barrel room, with time to understand why they were held back.

Winemaker’s Commentary
Each pour is guided by tasting notes written by the winemaker—why this lot was set aside, what makes it distinct, and how it fits the larger story of the estate.
Cave-Side Seating
An intimate table for up to six, set inside the barrel room among aging French oak. The temperature stays cool, the light stays low, and the focus stays on the wine.
Paired Bites
Artisan cheese and charcuterie selected to complement each wine—small, deliberate bites that let the pours speak.
