Standard Tasting

Cave Experience
Descend into our wine cave carved into the volcanic hillside and taste four current releases alongside a barrel sample. Includes a guided tour of the cave aging program.
Palisades
A seated tasting on our terrace overlooking the Palisades cliffs. Five wines paired with small bites from our kitchen — the perfect afternoon in Calistoga.
Motif Tasting
Our most elevated tasting — six reserve and library wines served inside the cave barrel room. A deep dive into the wines the winemaker set aside.
