Our Commitment
At Joseph Cellars, we stand behind every bottle we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review the policy below or contact us directly — we’re always happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Bottles
If your wine arrives damaged, corked, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the bottle and packaging until the matter is resolved.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged wine within 30 days of delivery. Wine must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Cellar Club Shipments
Cellar Club members may customize or skip shipments by contacting us at least 14 days before the scheduled ship date. Once a club shipment has been dispatched, it is subject to the standard return policy above.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Tasting & Event Cancellations
Tasting reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Private event deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report a problem, contact us at mail@josephcellars.com or call (707) 942-9999. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
