Our 2018 Estate Cabernet is a great example of what our vineyard typically produces.&nbsp; 2018 was a great year, with consistent temperatures allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly. This type of weather produces fruit with impressive flavors at a young age. This vintage is complex, with aromas of butterscotch and sage and fruit-forward on the palate with notes of blackberry and cassis, finishing with bold tannins.&nbsp;<br>
