We ferment our Cabernet in both concrete, and stainless steel. The finishing process is blending these two styles together creating a textured full-bodied wine. The bouquet is dense with aromas of fennel, raspberry and toffee. The palate offers notes of mocha, oak spice and cassis intertwining with the delicate fine-grained tannins. The finish features a wonderfully understated, earth-laced depth, lingering with delicate minerality.<o:p></o:p></span></p>"
