Tasting Notes

First vinified by the Romans, who referred to the wine as vinum apianum. The origins of which were a gentle nod to the fragrant & honeyed aromatics that attracted bees to its ripened fruit. This limited offering hails from 2800 ft above sea level in the El Dorado AVA of the Sierra Nevada. Our rendition has shown potential for current enjoyment as well as benefitting from additional cellaring.
