We ferment our Cabernet in both concrete, and stainless steel. The finishing process is blending these two styles together creating a textured full-bodied wine</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;">. The bouquet is dense with aromas of leather, cigar box, and black currant. The palate offers notes of cassis, sweet tobacco, and w</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">arming spices.
